RETURN POLICY
No return on custom license plate frames and inserts. Also special
ordered color combinations pennants and flags may not be returned.

No Returns on any Items purchased over 30 days

No Returns on Items that have been used, or unpackaged.

No Returns on Large Car Bows

Returns on damaged or broken items must be requested with-in 3
business days of receiving shipment. Email samcousa@sbcglobal with
pictures of damaged package and pictures of damaged item. Include your
phone number. Any requests for replacement of damaged item after 3
business days of receiving damaged item could be refused.

All other Items may be returned at your expense but
must have the
receipt and a return authorization number
. The only credits for the
original freight or the return freight will be on damaged items or items
that you received wrong due to a error by a Samco employee.

To get a return authorization number call 800-726-2638 Mon-thru-Fri
7:30 am to 3:30pm Pacific Std time. Be prepared to supply credit card
info for the credit card to be credited.
